摘要: 调焦是星敏感器产品设计生产的一个关键环节.精确的调焦可以提高星敏感器的灵敏度和测量精度,保证星敏感器的性能指标.从焦点位置、光轴与芯片法线不重合、芯片安装精确度、质心稳定性等方面分析了影响调焦的各种因素,总结出调焦方法.

Abstract: Focusing is a key problem in the design and production of a star sensor. Accurate focusing can improve the star sensor’s measuring accuracy and sensitivity so as to assure the performance. Focus position, nonsuperposition between optical system axes and CMOS chip normal, chip installment accuracy and centroid stability are analyzed in the paper. Finally, the focusing methods are summarized and given.
