摘要: 故障安全设计是确保同步轨道卫星长寿命、高可靠运行的关键因素之一.本文首先对国外具有代表性的同步轨道卫星故障安全设计进行了详细的调研;然后简要描述了国内同步轨道卫星故障安全设计的特点,提出了自己的看法;最后综合国内外调研状况,对未来中国同步轨道卫星故障安全设计提出了建议和意见,以期为中国同步轨道卫星故障安全设计提供有益的借鉴,切实提高中国同步轨道卫星的可靠性.

Abstract: The fault safety design is one of the key factors to ensure the GEO satellite in service with long life and high reliability. Firstly, the investigation the fault safety design of the international topranking GEO satellite is done in detail. Then the features of the fault safety design of domestic GEO satellite are described briefly, and the author’s opinions are mentioned. Finally, the suggestion and idea are proposed to improve the fault safety design of the domestic GEO satellite in future according to synthesis of the investigation and study. The suggestion and idea are expected to use for helpful reference to the fault safety design of the domestic GEO satellite, and be useful for the improvement of the reliability of the domestic GEO satellite.
