Abstract: With the widespread global application of nuclear energy and rising geopolitical risks, the potential threat of nuclear and radiological emergencies (NRE) persists. Nuclear radiation exposure can lead to multi-organ and multi-system damage, and traditional symptomatic supportive care and treatment are limited. Stem cells provide revolutionary therapeutic potential for nuclear emergency medical rescue by virtue of their multiple biological functions such as tissue repair, immune regulation and hematopoietic reconstruction. This paper intends to explore the application strategy of stem cell scale expansion technology in nuclear emergency medical rescue.

Key words: nuclear emergency medical rescue, stem cells, large-scale amplification technology, application strategy
