摘要: 在宁德核电一号机组二回路水质控制和管理实践中,采用全方位控制的水化学管理方法,即机组调试期间设备的保养和冲洗、大小修过程化学控制、启机过程中二回路完全冲洗和净化、运行期间水质的调节和控制,并把这一管理方法全面贯彻到机组调试、大小修和日常生产的水质控制实践中,成效显著。重要参数分析结果证明,二回路和蒸汽发生器水质优良,最大限度地减少了设备腐蚀。

Abstract: A full range of control method for water quality is employed in the practices of secondary loop water control and management at Ningde nuclear plant unit 1, namely equipment maintenance and washing during commissioning, chemical control during outage, complete rinsing and cleaning of the secondary loop in the process of start, and water regulation and control during operation. These have obtained significant performance. Water quality analyses have shown that the secondary loop and steam generator have good water quality, resulting in reduced equipment corrosion to a larger extent.
