摘要: 通过对美国核电厂应急撤离时间估算的相关法规与技术依据的调研,介绍了核电厂周边人口应急撤离时间估算的发展过程与分析方法。对核电厂应急撤离时间估算不同计算软件进行了比较,分析出影响应急撤离时间的重要因素。结合美国某核电厂的应用实例,介绍了应急撤离时间计算软件及流程。提出了适合我国核电厂周边人口撤离估算的建议。

Abstract: The regulation and relevant technicalbasis on emergency evacuation time estimates of American NPPs is studied, and the development and methodology of NPP surrounding population evacuation time analysis is illustrated. By comparing different calculation methods, the factors that influence the emergency evacuation time can be identified. With an American NPP taken as an example, the calculation code and processes are introduced. Some suggestions are put forward for NPP surrounding population evacuation time estimate in China.
