摘要: 介绍了红沿河核电厂辐射防护与安全管理体系,对2012—2021年该核电厂一期工程个人剂量监测结果进行了统计和分析,对大修集体剂量占比、集体剂量主要受照人群和工种进行了分析评价,分析了产生辐射防护管理领域异常事件的原因。结果表明:红沿河核电厂在安全稳定运行的同时,职业照射剂量控制满足国家相关标准。年集体剂量最大贡献来自承担辐射照射工作的承包商,主要影响因素为大修工作量。核电厂辐射防护管理工作应重点关注大修期间的承包商的管理。

Abstract: This paper introduces the radiation protection safety management system of Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant, and presents the statistical results of the individual dose report of the nuclear power plant from 2012 to 2021. Analysis and evaluation on the proportion of collective dose for overhauls and the main population as well as job types receiving collective dose were conducted. Important anomalies related to radiation protection management and the causes were analyzed. The results showed that the control of occupational exposure dose of Hongyanhe nuclear power plant met the national standards while operating safely and stably. Contractors contribute the most part of collective dose radiation exposure. The largest contribution to the collective dose comes from overhaul, mechanical maintenance, main insulation maintenance, ect. Radiation protection management should focus on relevant activities during the overhaul and contractors management.
