核电厂辐射监测系统走错间隔规律研究

摘要: 作为核电厂放射性监测的主要手段,辐射监测系统的运行状态特别是与之相关的人因事件一直受到国家管理当局的高度重视。本文通过实际案例分析,研究这些案例之间存在的共性问题,发现辐射监测系统相关的人因走错间隔发生的概率与操作人员的工作性质和管理归属存在明显的相关性;同时,容易被误操作的设备也具有清晰的特征。根据这些相关性和特征分析提出了提高辐射监测系统运行的可靠性的改进建议。

Abstract: The radiation monitoring system is onemain means of radioactivity monitoring in NPPs. Its operational status has always been highly valued by national regulatory authorities, especially relevant human events. Through practical case analysis, the common problems among these cases are studied. It’s found that the probability of occurrence of the error interval is obviously related to the nature of the work of the operator and the management attribution. And the equipment which is easy to be incorrect operated also has clear features. Based on these correlations and characteristics analysis,suggestions for improving the reliability of the operation of the radiation monitoring system are proposed.
