摘要: 放射治疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段,但是在杀死病灶的同时,也会损伤正常皮肤。间充质干细胞来源广泛,具有较强的多向分化潜能,有广泛的临床应用前景。本文介绍间充质干细胞在皮肤损伤中的修复机制,以及间充质干细胞的临床应用。

Abstract: Radiotherapy is an important means oftreatment of malignant tumor, but at the same time of killing lesions, also candamage the normal skin. Mesenchymal stem cells, with wide range of sources and strong multi differentiation potential, have broad prospect of clinical application. They are explored with respect to the repair mechanism and the clinical application for skin damage.
