摘要: 某飞轮所用260型抽气管具有结构紧凑的特点;但是在卡口密封时如果焊接抽气管所用钎料变形受力过大,可能导致飞轮内部真空泄漏.利用有限元分析软件,对某飞轮所用260型及其改进型抽气管卡口时的受力情况进行了分析,分析结果表明现有260型抽气管受力安全.并提出了改进的最优方案,可为后续完善该处结构设计、提高飞轮密封可靠性提供参考.
Abstract:The structure of the 260type evacuation tube used in some kind of flywheel is compact, but the compact structure may lead to possible vacuum leakage if the strain force on the solder is too large, when the tube is squeezed shut. This paper mainly analyzes the squeezing mechanical conditions of the existing tube and the improved tubes by finite element analysis approach. The analysis shows that the existing tube is safe. Then an optimal tube scheme is present and the optimal one provides a reference for perfecting the structure design and increasing the reliability of the flywheel sealing in the future work.
