一种预估反作用飞轮过零寿命的计算方法

摘要: 对反作用飞轮轴承组件的边界润滑状态、疲劳寿命进行了理论分析,并对边界润滑的摩擦模型进行了一定简化,采用Archard磨损理论建立了磨损率与疲劳寿命的关系.根据边界润滑状态和弹流润滑状态的对比分析,建立了反作用飞轮在过零状态下的过零寿命的计算公式,可定量估算反作用飞轮的过零寿命.

A Calculation Method of the Life of the Reaction Wheel with ZeroCrossing Condition

Abstract:The state of the boundary lubrication and the fatigue life of the bearing assembly of reaction wheels are analyzed in this paper. And the friction models with the condition of boundary lubrication are partially simplified. The relation between the wear rate and the fatigue life is established by Archard theory of wear. According to the comparison between the states of the boundary lubrication and the elastohydrodynamic lubrication, the calculation equations of the reaction wheels life with zerocrossing conditions are developed, which can be used to quantitatively estimate the corresponding life.
