Satellite Reconstruction Network Optimization and Simulation for Marine Maneuvering Target Tracking and Surveillance

Abstract: Abstract:Aiming at the problem of maneuvering target tracking in the ocean, a monitoring strategy of maneuvering target searching and tracking is proposed via the adjustment of satellite phase reconstruction. The behavior prediction model of maneuvering target in geographic coordinate system and the method of satellite phase modulation based on Hohmann transfer are constructed. And NSGAII algorithm is designed to solve the model. The detection probabilities of the maneuvering target before and after satellite reconfiguration are compared and analyzed. Simulation results show that satellite reconfiguration networking within a certain range can effectively improve the probability of finding maneuvering targets, and the study can provide method support for searching and tracking maneuvering targets.
