摘要: 摘要: 固体微推力器阵列具备高精度、小冲量、高密度、可战备贮存快速组装等优点,非常适用于进行特殊任务的微/纳卫星、微/纳卫星编队飞行、快速响应卫星.简要介绍MEMS固体微推力器阵列的结构原理、特点以及应用范围,调研国内外MEMS固体微推力器阵列的发展状况.根据调研结果研究得出固体微推力器阵列的关键技术,结合国内外发展现状及相关关键技术提出今后的发展建议.

Abstract: Abstract:Solid propellant microthruster array (SPMTA) has the advantages of high accuracy, low impulse, high density and rapid assembling. It is quite suitable for micro/nanosatellite in special mission, micro/nanosatellite formation flight and rapid response satellite. In this paper, the structure principle, features and applications of micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) SPMTA are introduced. The international development status of MEMS SPMTA is investigated. Based on the investigation, the key techniques of MEMS SPMTA and some future development suggestions are presented.
