Simulation Analysis of Clapper Type Solenoid Valve’s Response Characteristics and Experimental Verification

摘要: 根据电磁阀空载试验结果和电磁阀数学模型,对影响电磁阀响应时间的因素进行了分析.利用有限元方法和磁路分析法分别建立了拍合式电磁阀的仿真模型,用两种模型计算出不同弹簧刚度、弹簧预变形、衔铁质量、放电回路电阻、线圈匝数、非工作气隙下电磁阀的响应特性,以及这些参数对响应时间的影响程度.两种仿真计算结果和试验进行了对比,结果基本一致,根据结果分析了两种仿真方法的优缺点.总结出电磁阀在设计、生产时应重视的技术环节,对以后电磁阀设计工作具有指导意义.

Abstract: Based on the results of no-load experiment on solenoid valve and its model,factors which influence solenoid valve’s response time are analyzed. Two models are set up by using of FEM (finite element method) and magnetic circuit simulation. Using the two models, the characteristics of the response are calculated by changing the values of spring rate, the predeformation of spring, the mass of armature, the resistance of discharge circuit, the amount of windings and void air gap. Moreover, how these factors influence the characteristics of the response is obtained. The results of simulation are basically consistent with the experiments. And the advantage and disadvantage of the two models are analyzed. Finally what should be paid attention to in the progress of solenoid valve’s design and manufacture is partially summarized, which can give a good help to the work of solenoid valve design in the future.
