摘要:  为了提高螺管式电磁阀的开关响应速度,将永磁体置于电磁阀的磁路中,提供偏置磁场,可以降低电磁阀的有效磁导率,减小磁路电感,提高响应能力.通过有限元仿真的方法对该设计方案进行了验证,结果表明:采用偏置磁场的电磁阀磁路结构简单,响应性能突出,有利于推力器的脉冲工作性能提升,能够满足未来卫星平台精确控制的要求.

Abstract: By means of putting permanent-magnet into solenoid valve’s magnetic circuit, a pre-bias magnetic field can be produced in the circuit to get a faster response speed,which is helpful for reducing effective permeability and induction. This design is validated by finite element simulation. With simple structure and fast response speed,the high speed solenoid valve based on magnet prebias can improve the impulse performance of bipropellant thruster,and meet the challenge of accurate control for the satellite in future.
