Automatic Detection System of Remainders Signal Abstracting Method in Aerospace Product

摘要: 针对航天产品多余物检测中粒子碰撞噪声滤波问题,设计了一种基于归一化最小均方自适应滤波算法(NLMS).通过基于归一化最小均方自适应滤波算法可以滤除由转台和振动台的驱动所带来的平稳背景噪声和缓变直流偏置,从而有效地提取粒子碰撞噪声信号,通过仿真验证了算法的有效性,并且通过实际的检测信号处理进一步验证了算法.

Abstract: Aimed at the filtering problem of particle impact noise detection(PIND) signal in aerospace product automatic detection system of remainders, a new filtering method based on Normalized Least Mean Square (NLMS) adaptive filter is presented. This new filter is designed to eliminate the noise background of turntable and vibration table. Through the application of this new filtering method the particle impact noise detection signal can be abstracted efficentively. This new filter method is verified via computer simulation and real PIND signal processing.
